How leads are scored
Each request is scored from 0 to 100 using what the importer tells us: business vs personal, company website, work email, shipment size (FCL, or LCL/air volume and weight), how often they ship, goods value, timing, verified phone and email, import experience, and whether they need door-to-door service with customs.

The scoring model is new and will be tuned with partner feedback.
How it works
- Tell us your lanes. Fill in the partner application: origins, US regions, modes, minimum tier and monthly cap.
- Buy a pack. Check out securely on Whop (10 Leads, $500.00).
- Receive leads. Matching requests are delivered as importers submit them, with shipment details, score and consent record.
- Quote fast. Importers expect contact within 1 business day. Reply to bad leads within 72 hours for a replacement.
FAQ
Is this a subscription?
No. The 10 Leads pack is a one-time payment of $500.00 USD through Whop. There is no recurring charge and no free trial. Buy another pack whenever you want more leads.
How fast will I receive my 10 leads?
It depends on how many importers request quotes on the lanes you cover. We're onboarding our launch partners now and don't yet have a track record of lead volume to quote. Talk to us before buying and we'll be straight with you about your lanes.
Are leads exclusive?
By default a lead goes to at most 3 partners, and the importer sees your company name before agreeing to be contacted. Exclusive lanes may be possible - ask us first.
What counts as a bad lead?
Wrong or unreachable contact details, duplicates, requests clearly outside the lanes, modes or tier you signed up for, and personal or non-commercial requests. Report it within 72 hours of delivery and we'll replace it with another lead.
Which tiers are included?
You choose a minimum tier (C, B or A) when we set up your lanes, and we only send leads at or above it. Choosing a higher minimum means fewer qualifying requests, so a pack may take longer to fill.
How do I receive leads?
By email by default. A Google Sheet row or a signed JSON webhook (e.g. into your CRM or n8n) is available on request.
Do you contact importers on my behalf?
No. We pass on the request and the importer's consent to be contacted. You quote and win the business.
Who are you?
LandedTally runs free import cost tools for US importers (duty, tariff, landed cost, CBM). We are not a freight forwarder, customs broker or NVOCC. The importers who ask for quotes come from these tools.
