What we collect

• Tool inputs (HTS codes, values, dimensions): processed in your browser or on our server to calculate results. Not linked to you unless you request quotes.
• Quote requests: shipment details, company, name, email, phone, role, plus a consent record (consent text version, timestamp, IP address, user agent, page URL, and the partner names shown to you).
• Partner applications: company and contact details.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly analytics and security logs.

How we share it

When you request quotes and give consent, we share your request with the forwarders or customs brokers named on the form (up to 3). They are independent companies with their own privacy policies. We don't sell your data to anyone else, and we don't share it with partners you weren't shown.

Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)

Consent (sharing quote requests with partners); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving tools); legal obligation (records).

Retention

Quote requests and consent records: 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Consent records may be kept longer where needed to defend legal claims.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time: email privacy@landedtally.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; UK/EU residents under the UK GDPR/GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Hosting (Cloudflare - planned), email delivery (provider TBD), automation (n8n - planned). This list will be finalised at launch.
