1. The service

LandedTally provides free calculators and information for importers, and an optional service that introduces you to independent freight forwarders and customs brokers. We are not a party to any contract between you and a partner.

2. Estimates only

All results are estimates based on public data and our coverage tables as of the stated date. They are not customs, legal or tax advice, and not a binding quote or classification. See the disclaimer.

3. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information in quote requests. You remain responsible for classification, valuation and compliance with US import law ("reasonable care").

4. Partners

Partners are independent businesses. We vet them before onboarding, but we don't guarantee their services, prices or conduct.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping at abusive rates, automated submissions, false or third-party data, or attempts to bypass security.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, LandedTally is not liable for losses from relying on estimates or from partners' services. Our total liability is limited to US$100.

7. Changes and governing law
